Country-to-Country rates are sensitive to the point of call origination.

1. Value Plan rate calls originating and terminating in the US.

Customers on the Value Plan will pay one flat rate per minute for calls that originate and terminate within the US. The rate is US$0.55 per minute, and the per-call surcharge will be waived.

2. Value Plan rates back to the US, from the US to international, and country-to-country

No per-call surcharge will be applied.
