Please note: This service is only available to current MCI Consumer customers.

In order to receive updates, news and special offers via e-mail, you need an Online Account Manager account. Please see below how to create, update or manage your OAM account.

CREATE OR UPDATE MY ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGER ACCOUNT
Please create an Online Account Manager account if you have not already done so. In creating an OAM account, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address and will have the option of receiving information about special offers, account updates, and new products and services.

If you are a current MCI Consumer customer and have already created an Online Account Manager account, you can update your e-mail address by logging in to your OAM account and selecting the "Account Maintenance" tab. From here you will have the option to update your e-mail address.
